Description:
This is a jutsu in which the user focuses precise chakra control into their hands or feet and releases it with pinpoint timing, which greatly enhances their strength. Tsunade created the concept of this jutsu to intimidate enemies and keep them at bay while she healed injured ninja.
The training for this technique is quite arduous, as Tsunade repeatedly came at Sakura with full power to help her learn. Despite this, the outcome of this training is incredible, giving the user enough strength to easily make gigantic craters or kill opponents with single strikes.

Name:Chakra Scalpel-

Description:
This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the Chakra Scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.
The Chakra Scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the Chakra Scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.

Creation Rebirth-

Description:
Over time, Tsunade concentrates her chakra to a spot on her forehead that takes the form of a diamond. When she releases the seal, the chakra disperses and stimulates the proteins of her body to increase the speed of cell division and reconstruction of cells for as long as she has enough chakra. This allows her to recreate all organs and tissues, thus it is known as the absolute pinnacle of medical ninjutsu. The technique itself does not regenerate the old cells, rather it hastens the creation of new ones through division.

Healing Chakra Transmission -

Description:
This technique is a combination between Tsunade and her slug summon Katsuyu. First, Katsuyu divides her body into many smaller clones with Slug Great Division, and attaches to a person. Then Tsunade can channel her medical chakra through the body of Katsuyu, who then transfers it to the wounded person, healing any damage. To do so, Tsunade must stay inside a ritual seal. This technique apparently requires great concentration and consumes a lot of chakra, but allows Tsunade to heal an enormous number of people at the same time even if she's very far from them. If she runs out of normal chakra, she can use Yin Seal: Release to obtain extra supplements.

Description:
By converting her chakra into electricity and striking the enemy, Tsunade is able to disrupt the signals that are sent from the brain to the opponent's nervous system in order to function. For example, if someone tried to move their right arm, a different part of the body would move in the way they wanted their right arm to move.

Mystical Palm Technique -
Description:
This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. In Part II, Kabuto demonstrated the ability to use it a short distance away from the target instead of close contact.[2]
By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state. Although this is usually undesirable, Kabuto Yakushi once effectively used this side effect to get Kiba Inuzuka out of his way.

This technique is simply a falling axe kick. Tsunade concentrates her incredible strength into her heel and strikes the enemy. When she struck the ground it resulted in a gigantic crater that could kill any opponents caught in its immediate strike zone.

Yin Seal: Release -
Description:
Yin Seal: Release is a powerful sealing technique used by Tsunade. Over a period of time, Tsunade will focus and build up chakra in the seal mark on her forehead. The release command will disperse the seal and allow the stored chakra to pump back into her body. She uses the chakra to perform Creation Rebirth on herself or to heal a vast amount of people through Katsuyu.
